The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Fleet Contracting Department, intends to acquire on a sole source basis the removal and modernization of an existing Caterpillar brand switchgear control panel and installation of a 10, 000-gallon above-ground storage diesel fuel tank to support Naval Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) via a firm-fixed price sole source award contract awarded to Carter Machinery Company, Inc.
