The Ottawa Hospital - New Campus Development (NCD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a qualified inspection body, accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) under the Inspection Body Accreditation Program - Medical Gas Piping Systems sub-program, to provide a comprehensive inspection and final testing of the medical gas pipeline systems, including all components and accessories, and certify that they are installed in accordance with CSA Z7396.1. Once the systems installation is finalized and compliance has been determined, the qualified inspection body shall provide a letter of certification to The Ottawa Hospital and the installation contractor.
