All other information remains the same. SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of janitorial services as per the attached specifications on behalf of the HNB - Housing Facilities. The contract will be for a period of two (2) years from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.
OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents.
SITE VISIT
A site visit is mandatory as per section 1 (c) of the attached document. The site visit shall be on August 4, 2026 at 10:00am. All bidders must register at least 2 days in advance.

Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, Insurance and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing, will be required.
