The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1200 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 6198 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, Virginia 22310. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately four (4) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
