NO SET ASIDE IS TO BE USED FOR THIS SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. THE ASSOCIATED NAICS CODE IS 334111.
***THE SOLE SOURCE DETERMINATION IS BASED ON NOAA-S REQUIREMENT THAT WARTSILA VOYAGE OY IS THE DEVELOPER AND MANUFACTURER OF THE NAVI-SAILOR 5000 AND WARTSILA VOYAGE AMERICAS IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED PARTNER AND RESELLER OF THE NAVI-SAILOR 5000 IN THE UNITED STATES. WARTSILA VOYAGE AMERICAS, INC. DOES NOT USE A RESELLER NETWORK FOR THE SALES OF THE NAVI-SAILOR 5000 CHART TABLE IN THE UNITED STATES.
