End of Amendment A00001 ######################################################################################################## This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for solicitation number 75H70125R00053, Navajo Area Chinle, Pinon, Tsaile Project, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services (DES) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. The project is to construct a new Helipad Landing area at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (Chinle, AZ), Pinon Health Services (Pinon, AZ), and Tsaile Health Center (Tsaile, AZ). The facilities do not have a designed helipad, and current practice is health center staff closing traffic near the clinics while the medivac land. This practice creates unacceptable risks to employees and vehicle occupants. This project has been designed and ready for construction. This project will be procured as a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. Please review all attachments to this notice for details. SCOPE OF WORK: See Section C of the attached solicitation for details. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the following three (3) locations.
