The City of Parainte (hereinafter the Procurement Unit and the "Client") hereby invites interested suppliers to participate in the operation services of Nauvo's guest boat harbor. for the market survey regarding the license agreement. The object of the acquisition is the management of Nauvo's guest marina operations and the production of restaurant and cafe services starting in 2027. It is about managing the operational activities of the guest port as its own business, for which the city hand over to the entrepreneur the area with the buildings and equipment currently in it, in accordance with the terms of the request for tender and its appendices, in exchange for the right-of-use fee according to the tenderer's offer and determined according to the terms of the right-of-use agreement.
