Purpose of the works various nature design works in the context of the PSN project "System recovery in valley of the Zwarte Beek-Middenstroom (Lummen)". The works take place in the province of Limburg in the municipality of Lummen. The location of the plots on which works are planned are shown on the cards in the attachment. The works take place in a special protection zone (SBZ). The area was referred to by the European Union as a Habitats Directive area and is part of the Natura 2000 network. As a result, a number of vegetations and habitats are protected in addition to a whole list of rare animal species (species and habitats of the Habitats Directive). These works are aimed at restoring these Natura 2000 habitats.
