The tenderer is the Organizational and Operational Association of the Hungarian Charity of Malta Named in its regulations, the Kbt. For all organizational units that qualify as a separate operating unit (hereinafter referred to as: Operating Unit in the public procurement documents) according to Section 16, Paragraph (4), in relation to the aggregated demand, it shall carry out the public procurement procedure. The tenderer concludes the contract independently, on behalf of all Operational Units, with the winning tenderer, with the Operational Units being considered independent users and independent bill payers as stipulated in the draft contract according to Procurement of piped natural gas for the tenderers for the gas year 2026-27, within the framework of a full supply-based natural gas energy commercial contract, for the purpose of purchasing a total of 29, 230, 640 kWh/year of natural gas (contracted quantity). AK is entitled to exercise a maximum +/- 15% quantity deviation free of charge.
