NATURAL GAS COMPRESSED UP TO 200 BAR PRESSURE The closed joint-stock company "Kauno bussai" (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Entity") intends to purchase natural gas compressed to a pressure of 200 BAR, supplied through stationary or mobile natural gas technological equipment. complex (with filling equipment) adapted for filling gas cylinder tanks of buses. The characteristics and requirements of the Purchased Goods are described in Appendix 1 "Technical Specification" of the purchase conditions and Appendix 5 "Public Procurement - Sale of Goods Agreement" project". The procuring entity does not require ensuring the validity of the offer in accordance with the methods of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The procuring entity selects the most economically advantageous offer based on price and quality relationship. The prices of the offers will be compared without VAT. The offer with the highest economic benefit is considered to be the most economically beneficial offer - it is the offer of the participant that has collected the most points (the maximum possible score is 100 points). The buyer the entity offers to conclude a purchase-sale contract to the supplier whose bid is recognized as the winner. The purchase-sale contract must be concluded immediately, but not before the grace period has expired - a period of 10 (ten) days, which starts from the date of sending the notification about the decision to determine the winning bid from the Procuring Entity to interested participants by means of CVP IS, and after which the purchase-sale contract is concluded.
