Description

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is exploring the potential for industry to provide advanced analytics on, primarily, electro-optical commercial satellite imagery. This Market Survey will form the basis to further tailor NATO requirements into a Statement of Work, which will allow the NCI Agency to identify, select, procure, and test technologies to determine which of them best supports the processing of the vast number of images that will be available for exploitation.

This is a Market Survey. It is NOT a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice.

A Summary of Requirements and Questionnaire are found in the attachment. Other supporting information and documentation (technical data sheets, marketing brochures, catalogue price lists, descriptions of existing installations, etc.) are also desired.

Responses shall in all cases include the name of the firm, telephone number, e-mail address, designated POC, and a NATO UNCLASSIFIED description of the capability available and its functionalities. This shall include any restrictions (e.g., export controls) for direct procurement of the various capabilities by the NCI Agency. Non-binding pricing information is also requested.

Responses are due back to the NCI Agency no later than 17:00 Brussels time on 07 December.

Please send all responses, via email, referencing MS-CO-42337-APSS in the subject line of the email, to the NCI Agency POC identified in the attachment.

Service demonstrations are not foreseen during this initial stage. At this stage, clarification requests or any further questions will not be accepted. The NCI Agency reserves the right to invite respondents to explain their proposed tools. Respondents are requested to await further instructions after their submissions and are requested not to contact any NCI Agency staff other than the POC identified in the attachment.

Any response to this request shall be provided on a volunt...
