The journey is made within Sweden, from one municipality to another municipality. National road service takes place normally by public transport, for example by plane, train, bus or boat, as well as by taxi/special vehicle/landing transport. The trip can also be a combination of the above-mentioned means of transport. Region Värmland issues a permit for the individual customer for national transport services. The supplier must: - In suitable premises with personnel and equipment, carry out operations whose purpose is to receive orders regarding national transport services with high availability and customer orientation. - Plan and execute national travel service trips from the resources that is available. - Coordinate trips in passenger cars and special vehicles where possible and create optimal vehicle assignments and forward these to the vehicle transporters. - Issue ticket documents for boat, train, flight and/or bus with connecting journeys. - Administer order reception, distribution of travel documents, invoicing of out-of-pocket costs and provide the client with statistics regarding implementation and compensation etc. in order to develop the business. - Make sure that the carriers fulfill their obligations.
