National market: Removal and disposal of HTB and HTA devices containing SF6 The contract concerns the removal and disposal of HTB and HTA equipment containing SF6 at the end of its life or damaged in France. Enedis provides the holder with the information on the organization of transport and processing of devices. SF6, used for its insulating and arc-extinguishing properties in high-voltage electrical equipment, is a very harmful greenhouse gas. In accordance with European regulations 517/2014 and Enedis' commitments, the recovery of SF6 must reach at least 90% to be regenerated, with priority given to the recovery of solid materials. These services entrusted by the Company within the framework of this contract concern : The kidnapping: - handling (loading and unloading) - packaging if necessary (putting on a pallet, possibly with implementation of specific provisions for withdrawable source station circuit breakers) - transport and support in accordance with current regulations - Gas withdrawal while minimizing the leak rate to the atmosphere - If necessary, the purification of the withdrawn gas or, if this is not possible, the destruction or return for destruction or reprocessing to the gas manufacturer - If necessary, neutralization of solid decomposition products (powders, molecular sieves, etc.) contained in devices emptied of gas - The elimination of devices neutralized by...
