Tenders are invited for National Local Legal Consultancy

Contract Management
• Drafting and vetting contracts and agreements. This includes employee contracts,
consultant contracts, job order contracts, short term engagement contracts and,
where required, donor contracts and agreements.
• Assess legal risks and liabilities associated with contracts and provide guidance that
minimizes risks to the organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement and an ability to analyst information and professional contexts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Licensed lawyer.
