Caravan Production for National Holidays and Christmas
The purpose of this contract is the design, production, assembly, operation, execution and dismantling of a traveling artistic caravan for the celebrations of National Holidays and Christmas 2026. It includes five days in total: two days of National Holidays and three days of Christmas, with floats, casts, musical band, technical staff, microphone sound for the Mayor, speakers, audio table, etc., lighting colored lights, lasers or others with similar or superior characteristics that provide a visual appeal, generators, towing vehicles and other resources required in the Technical Bases. The service will be contracted as a comprehensive solution. The successful bidder must provide, coordinate and assume all human, artistic, scenographic, technical, logistical, transportation, security, assembly, operation and disassembly resources necessary for the correct execution of each day, without additional charges for the Municipality.
