The Assignment concerns the provision of the following postal services for the benefit of the Participating organizations: • The collection, sorting and delivery of outgoing mail, including registered mail and letterbox packages, with a domestic or foreign destination. This item is sent from the Netherlands. • Handling other services. The other services consist of: o Physical return mail. Handling return mail that must be brought to (office) locations of Participating organizations within The Netherlands. This post can come from home or abroad. o Collecting and delivering mail items. o Forwarding service of incoming mail items to temporary or new address, o For lot 1, PO boxes, freepost reply numbers, including shipments to freepost number are part of the scope.
