The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of fifty nine thousand five hundred pesos (Php 59, 500.00) only for Lot 1, twelve thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 12, 800.00) only for Lot 2, sixty four thousand six hundred pesos (Php 64, 600.00) only for Lot 3, fifty six thousand pesos (Php 56, 000.00) only for Lot 4, six thousand one hundred eighty pesos (Php 6, 180.00) only for Lot 5, nine hundred twenty pesos (Php 920.00) only for Lot 6 and one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100, 000.00) only for Lot 7, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the National Disaster Resilience Month Celebration. Bids received in excess of each item of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
