Country: Montenegro Description of the Assignment: Within the context of the project “Enhancing Montenegro-s capacity to integrate climate change risks into planning” implemented by UNDP Montenegro and financed by the Green Climate Fund, four adaptation-focused Concept Notes that respond to the identified and prioritized climate risks, that would respond to the identified adaptation options of each sector (tourism, health, water, and agriculture), will be created. With this Terms of Reference, the UNDP is inviting eligible candidates to act as local consultant to support the four International Consultants engaged to work on these Concept Notes. The selected consultant will act as a liaison between the International Consultants and relevant stakeholders and secure that proposed solutions within the Concept Notes are in line with relevant legislative framework.
