Project Implementation Support. Support the identification and selection of pilot sites and beneficiaries based on established criteria.. Develop detailed work plans andimplementation strategies for pilot activities.. Provide technical advice on sustainable farming practices including but not limited to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and organic agriculture.. Conduct a SWOT analysis for the implementation of innovative and sustainable pilot agriculturalpractices.Support the development of partnership alliances for implementing innovative and sustainable pilot agricultural practices .
