Country: Laos Description of the Assignment: BackgroundThe Lao PDR Efficiency and Accessibility of Public Services (LEAP) Project (2024 2028) is a UNDP initiative in partnership with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA). The project aims to enhance public service delivery through One Door ServiceCenters (ODSCs) and strengthen civil society engagement, ensuring more responsive, inclusive, and citizen-centric governance.As part of its Civil Society Engagement component, the LEAP Project is organizing a two five-day Participatory Action Research (PAR) training for Non-Profit Associations (NPAs)in Lao PDR. This training will equip NPAs with practical PAR skills to support their role as advocates, service providers, and policy influencers.
