Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a consultation mission: National Consultant in HIV Legal Reform, as described in detail in the terms of reference. Attached you will find the following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of Reference;Interest and Financial Offer, Annex 2a - P11 Personal Notice, Appendix 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions, Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria.Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest and the financial offer; and / or the Personal Notice A brief description of why the person considers himself or herself to bethe most suitable to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodology on how it will approach and completethe task At least three (3) professional references; Copy of diplomas.When establishing of your proposal, please use the annexes attached to this publication.
