Terms of Reference for Individual Consultancy Services/Work Description: To review the performance of the Small Grants Programme in Samoa to identify lessons learned, challenges, and good practices, and provide recommendations to strengthen future initiatives Project/Programme Title: Samoa CARES: Building Sustainable, Resilient Communities Together Consultancy Title: National Consultancy for the Review of UNDP-GEF Small Grants Programme in Samoa Duty Station: Home-based with one travel to Savaii Island, and one for Manono Island.
