ProRail needs services that provide for the preparation, implementation and maintenance of tailor-made total solutions in the field of vehicle modifications, specifically for the emergency response vehicles of Incident Response. (ICB). The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one party regarding Conversion of emergency vehicles for incident response. The Framework Agreement has a fixed term of four (4) years with an option up to four (four) times extension by one (1) year. This brings the maximum term to eight (8) years.
