ProRail needs services that provide for the training, certification and recertification of Special Investigation Officers (BOAs) within the Incident Response Department (ICB). These BOAs are responsible for enforcement along the track, at level crossings and at railway yards, and have about investigative and use of force powers in accordance with Domain IV and the Boa Violence Control Assessment Regulations (RTGB). The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one party regarding Boa OV basic training, RTGB and BoaOV PHB Kleurspoor red. The Framework Agreement has a fixed term of four (4) years with two (2) options to extend by one (1) year. This brings the maximum term to six (6) years.
