Narvik church - restoration The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the track covering of the copper roof tower and the restoration of 4 spires and the tower angel at Narvik church. The copper roof on the tower has suffered damage and holes over time. It must therefore be replaced in its entirety with the same aesthetics like the existing roof. A new tower angel and 4 small spiers identical to the ones that have been taken down will be built. Narvik church is listed and the municipality has had close cooperation with the National Archives in connection with the restoration work to be done on the church. Grants are provided from the church preservation fund.
