The award will be made to the supplier that presents the complete offer, complies with all the requested specifications and whose line of business corresponds. to the item being contracted, in accordance with its current Operating Permit. B. The offer must be presented in original, duly signed and sealed, in the name of the Heroic and Meritorious Fire Department of Honduras. C. All documentation presented by the bidder must bear the official seals of the company and the corresponding signatures of the authorized representative. D. The offeror must attach the following documentation to its proposal: a. National Tax Registry (RTN). b. Fiscal Solvency current. c. Current Operating Permit, according to the contracting area. E. The awarded supplier must accept the Exempted Purchase Order and deliver the goods accompanied by the respective invoice and payment receipt. F. The payment method will be against institutional delivery, so first the total delivery of the requested goods must be carried out and subsequently the corresponding payment procedure will be carried out, after satisfactory receipt by the competent area.
