The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and expertise to perform comprehensive annual inspections on a range of vessels in accordance with US Coast Guard (USCG), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and local rules. The inspections shall be conducted in a manner appropriate for the intended service of each vessel.
