Naloučany Public Prosecutor's Office The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for simple land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "JPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Naloučany, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre, as amended. JPÚ Naloučany was started on 16/12/2023 at the request of the council of Naloučany to change the route of the path leading along the forest, registered in the real estate cadastre as part of parcel KN 1433. In there is a terrain depression along the route, and in the event of rain or flood, it will be flooded with water, making the area completely impassable and impassable. The area currently functions as a natural wetland. In the Public Prosecutor's Office, the road parcel will be designed in such a way that it respects the in fact, they will drive along the river Oslava or it was designed to lead along the driest profile of the meadow.
