The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Valid8.com, Inc., CAGE code 48X01, from Woburn, Massachusetts. The requirement is for the purchase of the following items to validate functionality, performance, and interoperability against 4G/5G networks to support wireless capabilities for the Navy and Marine Corps:Item 0001:Description: Amari User Equipment (UE) Simbox 128MFG: AmarisoftQTY: 1Item 0002:Description: Amari Callbox Classic (Fix)MFG: AmarisoftQTY: 1The above supplies includes the callbox and the simbox. In order to have backwards capabilities Valid8.com, Inc. provides the correct products that allow for that matching capability. Valid8.com, Inc. provides the only supplies that meets the project requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
