Tender Details
The objective of the PoLuMe project is the reallocation of the emergency lane (PUN) between Mendrisio and Lugano Nord, in the final configuration as well as in the intermediate stages linked to the construction stages of the various works. With this call for tenders, the services of an engineering specialistThe traffic schedules for the AP/MK phase are put into competition in order to prepare a second comparison opinion to verify and confirm the simulations carried out by the traffic planner (LAB consortium). The mission includes the development of a traffic forecast model in order to verifyand to validate the necessary measures proposed and identify targeted interventions aimed at streamlining traffic on the road network. For this mandate the project owner estimates a total of around 5, 000 hours. Due to the heavy road load of the territory crossed, the mandate is onegreat complexity.
