Tender Details

The objective of the Polume project is the reallocation of the emergency stop band (PUN) between Mendrisio and Lugano Nord, in the final conformation as well as in the intermediaries linked to the stages of construction of the various works. With this call for Offers, the services of a traffic engineering specialist for the AP/MK phase are put into competition in order to prepare a second comparison notice to check and confirm the simulations made by the traffic planner (Consortium LAB). The mission includes the development of a traffic forecasting model in order to verify and validate the necessary measures proposed and to identify targeted interventions aimed at fluidifying traffic on the road network. For this mandate The client considers a Total of around 5, 000 hours. The high road load in the territory crossed, the mandate is very complex.
