Tender Details

The section of the Lugano - Mendrisio enlargement project of the N2 Highway, also called polmin, is between km 13, 000 in the south and km 28, 000 in the north. The subject of this contract is the execution of boreholes, mainly in the rock, in order to determine the geotechnical conditions of the rock and the rocky massif. Eleven vertical, inclined and horizontal boreholes must be made in hard rocks (volcanites) using a double carottier (Wireline) and, if necessary, taking samples using a triplex carottier With inner PVC tube. The drilling lengths range from 45 to 300 linear meters. Dilatometer tests, toboggan tests and optical and/or acoustic scan are carried out in all boreholes. A 115 -meter linear inclinometer tube will be installed in a borehole.
