N02 secondo tubo san gottardo lot 243, access gallery and north logistics trip
the existing gotthard road tunnel (1tg) needs to be repaired. On june 27, 2012 the federal council chose the variant and therefore in favor of a second tube (2xl). Final, the global gotthard road tunnel system (gtg) will consist of two parallel tubes with unidirectional circulation with a service and infrastructure gallery (sisto) in the middle of the two tubes, accessible by the transverse galleries from the 1tg and the 2tg, as well as by the gates. The second tube (2tg) is almost 17 km long and is 40 m east of sisto. The trace of 2tg istakes place largely parallel to the existing tube (1tg) and to the existing sisto. Lot 243 access gallery and north logistics trip includes the following main elements (non-exhaustive list): - installation work for the tasks to be executed, including contractor`s office and accommodation management; - establishment of facilities for the management of myearthworks (belt conveyors and transport facilities, material embankments); - first stage of the preliminary excavation (earthworks, nailed walls, bored piles, diameter approximately 1.30 m, approximately 2, 500 linear meters and partial excavation); - preliminary excavation of the access gallery and the conveyor belt gallery and people (excavation and support); - digging and supporting the section in loose rock of the access gallery with an excavation area of approximately 90, 115 m2 and a length of approximately 20 m; - digging and supporting the section of the access gallery explosive excavator with an excavation area of approximately 55 80 m2 and a length of approximately 135 m; - digging of the access gallery by tunneliwith grippers, outside diameter of approximately 7 m, length of approximately 3, 940 m; - digging and support of the loose rock section of the conveyor belt gallery and people with an excavation area of approximately 45 65 m2 and a length of about 60 m; - digging and supporting the rock section of the conveyor belt gallery and people with a surfacethis maximum excavation of approximately 35 m2 and a length of approximately 40 m; - excavation and support of the cavity excavated with explosives for the concrete plant with an excavation surface of approximately 260 m2 and a length about 150 m; - digging and supporting galleries excavated with explosives for logistics routes with an excavation area of about 30 60 m2 and a length of approximately 580 m; - digging and supporting of niches and widening of the profile for logistical reasons with explosives; - evacuation of a total of approximately 670, 000 t of excavation materials by conveyor belt to a unloading in goeschenen or by truck to different unloading points in ticino. 2.3 common vocabulary of public procurementcpv: 45221241 - road tunnel construction work, 45200000 - complete or partial construction work and civil engineering work 2.4 deadline for submitting the request to participate 120 days after publication
