Description: Meet before Lucerne at the Verzen. ROTSEE The traffic flows of the National North South Axis N2 and the N14 of Zurich train together. These overlap on the city passage with regional and local target and swelling traffic. Already today, the capacity limit is achieved on the main transit periods. With the expected traffic gain, the situation will continue to tighten. The project Total System Bypass Lucerne solves this capacity problem.
The project contains the following subprojects: Removal North with the extension of the N14 between the Verzw. Rotsele and the AS Buchrain from 4 to 6 lanes, new construction of the tunnel bypass between Ibach and Connection of Lucerne-Kriens (including new building Grosshofbrücken), supplement South with reminder from 4 to 6 lattice.
The subject of the mandate advertised is the emergency management construction site (NMB) for the phases 32-53.
