the n01 national road and the 22 km section between the luterbach and haerkingen interchanges in particular are part of the national road trunks. In addition, this trunk no longer meets the current legal requirements and requires a restoration after 50 years of operation. This is why a complete refection of the troncon and its widening of quathe market in question includes the design of the trace and the structures for the eastern lot, whose perimeter extends from km 44, 100 (east of the junction of oensingen) to the east. Haerkingen heat exchanger (including the egerkingen junction) .it covers the engineering services to be provided for the detail project (dp) / project phase.intervention (mp) and for the following phases: call for tenders, implementation documents, execution and commissioning / completion.
