The purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of providing an existing MLC, a commercial off the shelf (COTS) MLC as specified or an existing MLC that can be altered to meet the performance standards indicated in Attachment (1). Therefore, commercial products modified to meet Navy requirements could be considered acceptable.
