Purchase and sale framework agreement for the purchase of fuel for MÁV Magyar Államvasutak Zrt., MÁV Pályamöködtéssi Zrt., MÁV Sézenomvászátsi Zrt. and VOLÁNTOURS Kft. MÁV Group integrated fuel procurement The subject of the public procurement procedure is the purchase of fuel for MÁV Magyar Államvasutak Zrt., MÁV Pályamöködtetesi Zrt., MÁV Szézenomvászáci Zrt., and VOLÁNTOURS Kft., with service by road tanker and rail tanker during the contract's term as part of a framework purchase agreement (hereinafter: Bidder, AK). The tenderer means the following by "fuel": 1. diesel: MSZ EN 590 standard and extra winter (deep-freezing) diesel according to MSZ EN 590 Annex M3 standard, 3. motor gasoline (ESZ 95): MSZ EN 228 standard, 4. motor gasoline (ESZ 100): fuel according to the MSZ EN 228 standard, or, in case of change, fuel according to the parameters and quality requirements of the Hungarian Standard valid at the time of delivery.
