The goal is to form a single contract for the maintenance and basic cleaning services of the swimming pool with the supplier for a fixed-term contract period starting on June 1, 2026. The contract period is 1.6.2026-31.5.2028 (target) and the option for option years 1.6.2028-31.5.2030 (2 +2 years). Swimming pool address: Toritie 2, 65610 Mustasaari Swimming pool maintenance cleaning is done every day of the week (Mon-Sun), excluding unusual closing times of the swimming pool. Basic cleaning is done in the summer, during the summer shutdown of the swimming hall. Additional procurement may arise, for example, in the form of renovation, basic and/or enhanced cleaning or in connection. The service provider must take into account the special features of the swimming pool, the long opening hours and the great variability of the pool's customers during the day and during different weeks in the planning of service processes and the implementation of cleaning work. Swimming pool the cleaning work must follow the instructions and regulations given by the legislation and regulations as well as the authorities (TsL, Valvira, Tukes).
