The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting in the construction of the elevator situated in the places of the existing cleaning chamber on the 1st floor of the Lešná chateau. Technologically, the lift will be traction and evacuation. Within the work, there will be a partial modification of women's toilets (impact of the layout) and one of the rooms will be reduced on the first floor. Part of the building interventions will be the relocation of the gas line into the boiler room, which is located in the attic of the castle. The elevator shaft will be ventilated and the air conditioning will flow from the chimney, which will be newly built in the roof. The construction will also include the construction of a new sanitary facility for employees in the adjacent warehouse on the ground floor, where a toilet with a separate bathroom will be created.
