Description : 1. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three million, Two hundred twenty-five thousand, two hundred seventy-three pesos and 51/100 (Php 3, 225, 273.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Museum Maintenance Work for the Presidential Car Museum. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. The Bidder must have an experience of having completed a Single largest completed contract (SLCC) on restoration of Unreinforced Masonry. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
