On behalf of SZEPHŐ Szekesfehervar Epueletfenntato es Hőszolgaltato Zrt. (hereinafter: SZEPHŐ Zrt.), a concept plan was prepared during the year 2024, during which it was examined and selected which energy sources could be used for the development of the new district heating district in Mura Street regarding. Based on the owner's decision, in the first phase of the integration of the new heating district into the system, 1 stationary condensing gas boiler with a nominal output of 100-120 kW and 2 470-510 kW, 3 heat storage tanks with a volume of 5 m³ and 1 make-up water tank with a volume of 3 m³ in the planned mechanical room, and after the roof renovation, a solar panel field with a nominal output of at least 31.32 kW will be placed on the flat roof above the building. 2 heat-insulated DN300/400 and DN110/210 chimneys with a discharge height of 12.00 m attached to the western facade to ensure flue gas drainage belonging to the boiler room is created enclosed in a lattice support frame structure. The boiler house will be designed in such a way that during the expected infrastructural development of the area near the site, it can be expanded to serve it up to 2MW, and during the expansion, renewable energy (pellet heating) can also be integrated into the system. be feasible.
