The work covered by this contract concerns the replacement of a wooden footbridge with an aluminum footbridge ensuring the crossing of the Marans-La Rochelle Canal by the La Vélodyssée cycle route, in the Municipality of PERIGNY. This work is carried out on behalf of the Department of Charente-Maritime, the Urban Community of La Rochelle and the commune of Périgny. The Department ensures project management of the operation. The work consists of reconstructing an aluminum footbridge type structure with variable inertia lattice girders. The footbridge will rest on reinforced concrete abutments, and will have non-slip wooden decking.
