The current contractual structure of the VTH software is finite. That is why the municipality wants to come to a legally sustainable, market-based and future-proof tender for VTH software and associated services. The assignment not only concerns the provision of software, but also implementation, migration, connections, management, support and further development. The municipality is looking for a specialist VTH solution that meets the requirements of the Environmental Act and municipal implementation practice. In an earlier process, it was investigated whether the required VTH functionality could be achieved housed in a generic case system. It has become apparent that VTH is too specific for this and that an independent solution is necessary.
