For the entire business park, the project consists of the creation of: a peripheral wooded buffer, public ORES electrical distribution booths; public lighting on certain roads; of a water management basin runoff for PAE water management. More specifically, for phase 1 of equipping the business park, the project consists of the construction of 1, 400 mct of roads which will allow the development of nearly 10 ha of economic land. The phase 1 concerns the urbanization of the central part of the site, including the main access, the structuring road axis, a first road loop and the storm basin serving the entire park.
