Approach The approach to phase two basically has three steps: preparation (including drawing up communication and participation plan), drawing up and adopting a guidance document including environmental assessment, drawing up and adopting an Environmental Vision. The planning is done aimed at establishing the Environmental Vision at the end of 2027. The intended result of phase two is: a guidance document and subsequently the Environmental Vision 2.0, within the context of the Ermelo policy house (as described in the Memorandum Ermelo on the way to 2050). broad commitment from the organization, board and other parties to the position and importance of the Environmental Vision within the new working method. The Memorandum On the way to Ermelo in 2050 forms the basis for phase two. The last chapter of the note provides direction for the principles, approach and points of attention for the future.
