Municipal waste management system - waste collection The subject of this order is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties. Collection includes unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and municipal waste collected separately, in particular: paper, glass, plastics, bio-waste. The order also includes the collection of bulky waste and used electrical and electronic equipment. In addition, residents will have the opportunity transferring expired medicines to selected pharmacies, under the terms specified in separate regulations. The implementation of the order is an element of the municipal waste management system, the functioning of which is to enable the Ordering Party to implement it statutory obligations to achieve levels of preparation for reuse and recycling and to reduce waste landfilling. As part of the implementation of the order, the Ordering Party envisages introducing solutions enabling ongoing supervision correctness and timeliness of the provision of municipal waste collection services, including by monitoring vehicle routes and documenting collection activities. 4.
