Notice Details
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The Town of St. Stephen is inviting, from qualified brokers, proposals for its Municipal General and Liability Insurance requirements for the one year effective December 31, 2019.

The Town may make a commitment to the successful bidder for each of up to four additional years subject to commitment from the bidder/Insurance company of rate increases in the each of the subsequent four years (two through five), which the Town considers to be reasonable and provided that service and other evaluation criteria remain reasonable.

This Tender is a Request For Proposal tender, which will use specific criteria, including an estimate of the Cost of the Coverage over a five year period, to evaluate the various submissions. As cost is not the only criteria, the lowest, or any tender, may not be approved.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS

Request For Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly showing the RFP Name and Number, Closing Date and Bidder`s Name and Contact Information on the front of the envelope (including Courier envelope, if any, ) and addressed as follows:
