Products or services: Internet service providers (ISP) The Illustrious Municipality of Coltauco needs to contract the dedicated Internet Service through Fiber Optic for the Municipality of Coltauco, with symmetrical connectivity of 400 Mbps both national and international with the option to improve the service. Includes GigaEthernet interface, electrical backup service, and constant service monitoring, as well as 7x24x365 support. Installation of Fortinet 100F Firewall or similar is also requested and maintenance of equipment such as the Cisco C1111-SP Router, with a warranty period of 7x24x365 during the contract. Exclusive public IPs and DNS configuration are provided. The service includes training for technical personnel and has the option of backup connection through Starlink Companies which must be configured by the company in the FW.
