In exchange for providing cellular services with enhanced resilience and capacity at no net cost to the City, partners would gain access to the City's extensive infrastructure including 72, 000 fiber miles, radio towers, and thousands of potential cell sites. This partnership aims to create a disaster-resilient cellular system that benefits both city operations and the partner's network and service offerings.
