HR+ base maps based on space photographs Delivery of basic maps compiled on the basis of multispectral HR+ space images for the entire territory of Hungary, multispectral HR+ made in 10 specific time windows between February 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026 based on space photographs. The creation of base maps based on aerial photographs must cover the entire territory of Hungary. For the production of base maps, the tenderer considers space photographs based on the neighborhood principle to be suitable, which within a time interval, the results of space surveys that are close in time, with the least amount of cloud cover, and which comply with the requirements of the technical description. Definition of the area covered by space images: the entire area of Hungary, 93, 034 km2. Beyond the borders of Hungary in the case of accepted aerial photographs that include areas, the area within the national border must be taken into account when calculating the covered area.
